Refund Policy

McQueens Designs has a NO REFUND Policy. ALL SALES FINAL!! Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded! If it is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS! If your package is damaged, mishandled, or lost you can file a claim with USPS and get your issue resolved !

If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or was not home to receive the package !!!

Please note that we are not responsible for your order once they have been in the care of the carrier.
